STEP 1: Decide which of those sections you most want to improve in first. For example, if getting happier is your No. 1 priority, go to Happiness and Fulfillment. If health and fitness is your main goal, go to Health and Fitness. If you want to be better with women, go to Women and Sex. And so on…

STEP 2: Start watching – or listening – or reading the interviews of your mentors

STEP 3: Watch each interview at least twice. You want the knowledge you’re digesting to really sink in.

STEP 4: Complete all the interviews in each section BEFORE moving on to the next section.
